At Seven Four Templates, we offer digital products such as templates for various purposes. This means that no physical shipping will take place. Instead, you will receive your order digitally by email immediately after purchase.

1. Delivery of Digital Products

After successful payment for an order, you will receive immediate access to your digital template(s). Within a few minutes, you will receive an email containing a download link or access instructions that allow you to download your templates.

2. Delivery Time

Digital products are made available immediately after payment. In most cases, you will receive the email with the download link within 10–15 minutes. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

3. Order Confirmation and Access

You will receive an order confirmation by email containing your purchase details and a link to download your digital product. Please make sure you enter the correct email address during checkout to avoid delays.

4. Problems with Downloading

If you experience any problems downloading your digital template, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at info@sevenfourtemplates.com. We will gladly assist you and ensure that you receive the product without any issues.

5. Accessibility and File Formats

Our digital products are available in commonly used file formats such as PDF, PNG, or Canva links. Please make sure you have access to the necessary software or platforms to open these files (for example, Canva for Canva templates).
