Seven Four Templates strives to provide you with the best possible experience when purchasing our digital products. Because our products are digital templates, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges after purchase. Please read below for more information about our policy.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Because our products are digital, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once you have downloaded a digital template or received access to a download link, your order is considered completed and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds after purchase. This means that once a payment has been processed and the digital product has been delivered, we cannot issue a refund.

3. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

In exceptional cases, such as when there is an issue with the delivery of the product (for example a corrupted file or technical problems with downloading), you may contact us. In such cases, we will try to resolve the issue by providing you with a new file or renewed access to your digital product.

4. Issues with Orders

If you experience technical problems when downloading your template, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will assist you as quickly as possible and work to provide a suitable solution.
